Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C’s”) govern your membership and use of The Purple Cow Golf Tribe and Purple Cow Network services, including events, online platforms, and resources (“Services”). By joining or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these T&C’s.

1. Membership

Membership is available to UK based businesses and professionals subject to approval. Membership tiers, benefits, and fees are outlined on our website or membership documentation. All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Fees, Subscriptions & Payment

Joining Fee: £195 (subject to Director discretion). This may be reduced to £95 if membership is onboarded within 7 days of the membership link being sent.

Monthly Subscription: £100 per month.

Membership fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust fees with 30 days’ notice.

If a member exceeds one month of late subscription payment, they will not be permitted to attend any events until their account is brought fully up to date.

Workshops are charged separately. Fees and specific Terms & Conditions will be confirmed for each workshop.

Charity events are charged separately. Fees and specific Terms & Conditions will be confirmed for each event.

3. Code of Conduct

Members must act professionally and respectfully, comply with UK law, and must not use the network for unsolicited promotions or spam. Breaches may result in suspension or termination.

4. Events and Activities

Event attendance may require advance booking or additional fees. We are not responsible for third party venues or partners. Attendance is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for business losses, loss of data, third party services, or force majeure events. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Cancellation & Termination

Members may cancel membership with 1 month’s written notice. We may suspend or terminate membership for breach or misconduct. Refunds are not guaranteed following termination.

8. Refund Policy

No refunds are offered on purchases unless explicitly stated.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these T&C’s from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
